在河南省开封市和山东省青岛市的田间试验结果表明:小杆线虫Rhabditis (Oscheius) spp防治花生田蛴螬效果可达到96%以上,比施用化学农药50%辛硫磷的防治效果提高16%。小杆线虫使花生荚果完好率保持在97%以上(辛硫磷对照91.2%,清水对照51.6%),使每亩平均产量达242 kg,与清水对照相比增产126 kg/667 m2,增产率90%以上,比施用辛硫磷增产20%以上。小杆线虫1号2、号制剂防治蛴螬效果无显著差异,其防治效果和产量与对照相比差异极显著。本研究数据初步表明小杆属中的某些线虫种具有作为生物防治制剂的开发潜力。
