本文报告用作者自己设计的密集电极法,探测常规EEG难以确定的痫灶。20例中,常规EEG检查定位率为10%,密集电极法定位率达90%。此法还能测定多发性小痫灶,为手术提供便利。对痫灶放电传播方式的研究亦有重要价值。
This article reports the authors’ own design of the dense electrode method to detect conventional EEG-definitive epileptic foci. In 20 cases, the routine EEG examination and localization rate was 10% and the dense electrode localization rate was 90%. This method can also measure multiple small epileptic foci, to facilitate the operation. It is also of great value to study the mode of discharge in epileptogenic zone.
