为了分析2507不锈钢板坯气孔产生原因,用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对气孔进行分析。结果表明,2507不锈钢气孔产生的主要原因有2个方面:一是由于中间包耐火材料烘烤不干,水蒸气进入钢液分解为[O]和[H]原子,[H]在凝固时析出产生气泡;二是钢水中N含量太高,在钢水凝固时,由于溶解度急剧减少,N2从钢水中析出,形成形状不规则的氮气孔。因此,氢气孔和氮气孔是造成连铸坯气孔的主要原因。
In order to analyze the causes of the porosity of 2507 stainless steel slab, the stomata were analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that there are two main reasons for the stomatal formation of 2507 stainless steel. One is that the tundish refractories do not bake, the steam enters the molten steel and decomposes to [O] and [H] atoms, and [H] precipitates during solidification Resulting bubble; Second, the N content of molten steel is too high, in the solidification of molten steel, due to a sharp decrease in solubility, N2 precipitated from the molten steel to form irregular-shaped nitrogen pores. Therefore, hydrogen and nitrogen pores are the main reasons for the porosity of continuous casting billet.
