我院1990～2000年共收治胸外伤200例。其中入院时休克者50例,本文就胸部创伤性休克有关问题讨论如下: 1 临床资料 本组50例,男40例,女10例,男多于女。闭合性伤42例,开放性伤8例,其中休克伴肋骨骨折50例(多发性骨折40例,伴链枷胸10例),伴血气胸50例,伴肺挫伤32例,伴肺开放伤10例。闭合胸伤均有合并伤,严重者可有三种合并伤。
Our hospital from 1990 to 2000 were treated 200 cases of chest trauma. Among them 50 cases of shock at admission, the paper on the chest traumatic shock related issues are discussed as follows: 1 Clinical data The group of 50 patients, 40 males and 10 females, more men than women. 42 cases of closed injury, open wound in 8 cases, including 50 cases of fractures with rib fractures (multiple fractures in 40 cases, with chain flail chest in 10 cases), with pneumothorax in 50 cases, with pulmonary contusion in 32 cases, with open lung injury 10 cases. Closed chest injuries have combined injuries, severe cases, there may be three kinds of combined injuries.
