HFC125和SO2气体均可对高温镁合金熔体进行有效的阻燃保护。在HFC125气体不能对高温镁合金熔体有效保护的情况下添加适量的SO2气体,研究其对镁合金熔体保护效果的影响。结果表明:SO2气体的添加可提高HFC125气体对镁合金熔体的保护效果。
Both HFC125 and SO2 gases provide effective flame retardant protection of high temperature magnesium alloy melts. When HFC125 gas can not effectively protect the high temperature magnesium alloy melt, an appropriate amount of SO2 gas is added to study its effect on the melt protection effect of the magnesium alloy. The results show that the addition of SO2 gas can improve the protective effect of HFC125 on the magnesium alloy melt.
