整体设计思路、指导依据说明。
本单元的教学目标是如何询问对方意见,如何提出建议,如何就别人的建议发表看法。本节课是第一课时,根据英语新课程标准要求,采用任务型教学方式,充分联系学生实际,利用多媒体,通过视频、图片等导入新课,由词到句,由句子到文章,环节设计层层递进,从易到难。本课在设计上面向全体学生,在教师的引导下,通过多媒体设计各种图片帮助学生加深对所学语言的理解,激发学生用英语进行交流的热情,充分调动学生的积极性,促进学生发展,形成一定的综合语言应用能力,让学生自主掌握教学目标。
一、教学过程设计
步骤1:教学导入。
1.观看视频(妻子的生日到了,大树丈夫送给妻子一枚由毛毛虫变的戒指作为礼物)
2.询问同学们:What do you think of this gift?
3.引导同学们说出scary interesting 等形容词。
步骤2:呈现单词和句型:学会建议和评价礼物(suggestions &comments about gifts)。
1.T:I have gotten many gifts for my birthday. Please remember what arethey.(memory game, show student some pictures.) (充分调动学生学习的积极性,活跃思维)
2.教授单词CD calendar scarf flowers 等。
3.What do you think of them?(What’s your comment?)引导学生说出尽可能多的形容词。expensive cheapboring commonoldinteresting beautiful cute original creative
步骤3:巩固“建议和评价”句型。
听力练习。
(1)T: I have a brother. He also wants to get a gift for my mum. Now he is talking about it with his friend. Let''s listen and number the comments in the order you hear them. Finish 1b ?
(2)T: Lisa is my friend, Anna is my sister, and Ms. Martinez is her teacher. I also want to buy some gifts for them. Listen the conversations about gifts. Finish 2a.
(3)T: Listen again and fill in the suggestions and comments in the chart. 2b.
步骤4:语言应用。
1.What else can we do except buying something?
2.T: As a child, the best gift we give our parents is love! How can we show our love? (学生小组讨论,运用发散性思维,凝聚集体的力量) 引导同学们说出以下几个方面:kiss sb. / hug sb. (hold in arms),give sb. a photo,write a letter/card to sb. ,draw a picture for sb.,sing songs for sb. ,do the chores,study hard / get good grades……
3.情感升华:To give is better than to receive. 给予优于接受。
步骤5:知识的总结。
