知识管理是高校图书馆组织为适应日趋加剧的竞争环境而实施的一种管理模式 ,组织中每一位成员在知识管理中具有基石的地位。本文着重从知识管理的环节方面 ,构建了促进大学图书馆组织成员创造、分享与应用知识的途径。
Knowledge management is a kind of management mode that university library organization implements to adapt to the increasingly competitive environment. Every member in the organization has the cornerstone position in knowledge management. This article focuses on the aspects of knowledge management, and builds ways to promote university library members to create, share and apply knowledge.
