本文主要研究岗位分析在招聘管理中的应用。通过讲解岗位说明书在招聘管理中应用得当的重要性,提出了几点解决办法:优化了岗位说明书的设计,招聘过程中每一步严格参照岗位说明书规范进行,面试中考核的要点为岗位说明书上的每一项要求。岗位说明书都是企业进行规范化管理的基础性文件。希望所提出的问题和解决方法能够被企业重视和改进,对企业有所帮助。
