人力资源是一切资源中最重要、最宝贵的资源,而且是惟一的“动态资产”。如何有效、充分地利用人力资源,是现代企业管理的首要任务。随着知识经济的不断发展,企业对人力资源管理的要求也在不断提高,我国中小企业在人力资源开发与管理方面进行了系列改革,也取得了一定的成绩。但是,从中小企业人力资源管理现状来看,依然存在一些问题。因此,进行企业人力资源开发与管理的探究是摆在我们面前的重要课题。
Human resources are the most important and valuable resources of all resources and are the only “dynamic assets ”. How to make effective use of human resources is the primary task of modern enterprise management. With the continuous development of knowledge-based economy, the requirements for human resource management in enterprises are also constantly improving. SMEs in our country have carried out a series of reforms in human resources development and management and also achieved certain achievements. However, judging from the current situation of human resources management in SMEs, some problems still remain. Therefore, the exploration of human resources development and management of enterprises is an important issue before us.
