我校从农村调来一位中年女教师,名叫李秉先。两年多来,她工作埋头苦干,备课笔记写得工整而详细,每天课堂作业、家庭作业都亲自作了批改,然而教学成绩却不尽如人意。我带着这个问题去听她的课,观察她的教学实践,发现她:每次上课点名、分发学生作业,不依照学生座位,练习题临时写在黑板上;课前学生没有准备好学习用具,学生发言乱抡乱答;我觉得这位老师对教学时间实在是太浪费了。我想了几个节省时间的办法,并决定了指导的步骤。
