为了解决矿井提升机下坠的现象,对电励磁同步电动机电流前馈控制系统分析的基础上,在反馈控制系统中增加前馈校正环节,采用复合控制理论对矿井同步提升机控制系统进行优化设计。通过反馈控制系统与复合控制系统对比仿真实验,验证了复合控制理论优化设计后可以减小提升机的下坠现象。提高了系统的跟随性能和稳定性,通过对比仿真分析验证了复合控制理论优化设计的有效性。
In order to solve the phenomenon of mine hoist falling, based on the analysis of the current feedforward control system of the electric excitation synchronous motor, the feedforward correction was added to the feedback control system. The compound control theory was used to optimize the control system of mine synchronous hoist. Through the comparison between the feedback control system and the composite control system, it is verified that the compound control theory can reduce the falling of the elevator after the optimal design. The follow-up performance and stability of the system are improved. The effectiveness of the optimal design of compound control theory is verified through comparative simulation analysis.
