课程建设和课堂改革离不开教师的成长,学生的发展维系于教师的成长,学校的生命力在于教师的成长。吉林省白山市浑江区为了解小学美术教师的现状,特对所辖的17所小学(其中县区直属小学11所,乡镇小学6所)的美术教师现状做了一次问卷调查。为保证调查内容的真实可靠,本次问卷调查不属名,并以电子文档的形式在电子邮箱中反馈调查结果,共收到有效试卷22份。根据调查反馈情况对小学美术教师现状进行了分析整理。
