无机固体材料中的电子自旋态是决定其磁学行为的核心因素,同时也是实现高效磁能转化和灵敏磁响应的重要基础.近年来,由于具有新奇自旋结构和维度降低带来的新奇量子态,二维纳米材料,特别是单层和寡层无机二维材料,其磁学性能引起了广泛研究,极有希望应用于下一代自旋电子器件中.二维纳米材料具有极高比表面积使得表面态非常重要,因而化学修饰策略能应用于调制其本征物性.本文概述了近年来发展的利用表面化学修饰对无机二维纳米材料本征磁性调控的系列进展,并基于此将该类材料广泛应用于磁电阻、磁热效应等.
