Objective To explore the value of real-time dynamic glucose monitoring in pregnant women with diabetes mellitus and its effect on pregnancy outcome. Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy were selected as the observation group. Another 110 healthy pregnant women were enrolled in the study. Pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (49.02% vs 24. 09%), significantly higher than that in the control group (24.50% vs 10.91%, P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the incidence of amniotic fluid abnormalities, gestational hypertension, premature rupture of membranes, premature placental abruption, premature birth, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal hypoglycemia in the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Real-time dynamic blood glucose monitoring can provide early dynamic glucose monitoring for pregnant women with diabetes mellitus requiring treatment and provide more accurate blood glucose evidence for follow-up treatment. It is one of the effective methods to reduce maternal and child complications and complications.
