目前,高职教育进入了全面提高教育教学质量、注重效益和内涵发展的新时期。然而现实中高职院校重技能、轻人文的片面发展观依然存在。院校往往只重视学生知识和能力的培养,而淡化了人文素质教育,导致学生缺乏应有的人文素质和人文精神,从而无法适应社会的需要。在制订专业人才培养方案时,缺乏对高职人文素质教育体系的合理构建,造成学生高职不高质现象的产生,而单纯工具型人才培养模式已经不适应当前形势发展的需要,因此,注重学生人文素质的教育,加强高职人文教育课程体系的研究,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
At present, higher vocational education has entered a new era of improving education and teaching quality in an all-round way and focusing on the development of benefits and connotation. However, in reality, the one-sided development view of high skill and light humanistic still exists in higher vocational colleges. Colleges and universities tend to focus only on the cultivation of students’ knowledge and abilities, but dilute the quality of humanities education, leading to lack of humanistic quality and humanistic spirit of the students, and thus can not meet the needs of society. When formulating professional training programs, there is a lack of a reasonable construction of a humanistic education system in higher vocational education, which leads to the phenomenon of low quality of students in higher vocational colleges. However, the training model of purely tool-based personnel is no longer suitable for the needs of the current situation. Therefore, The education of students’ humane quality and the research of humane education curriculum system in higher vocational education have important theoretical and practical significance.
