本文介绍了使用JH103胶粘剂后硫化粘接三元乙丙橡胶绝热材料与金属的试验研究结果.研究表明,橡胶组成及其力学性能、表面特性和胶粘剂性能及粘接工艺等因素,对EPDM-金属后硫化粘接性能有明显影响.适宜的表面制备技术和工艺条件,可使JH103胶粘剂粘接的EPDM/石棉-金属接头显示理想的胶裂破坏,获得比硫化粘接更稳定、耐久的接头,应用于固体发动机内绝热层制造,可望提高发动机寿命和可靠性.
In this paper, the experimental results of vulcanized EPDM insulation and metal after using JH103 adhesive are introduced.The results show that the rubber composition, mechanical properties, surface properties, adhesive properties and adhesion process of EPDM-metal Post-curing adhesive properties have a significant impact.Appropriate surface preparation technology and process conditions, can make JH103 adhesive bonding EPDM / asbestos - metal joints show the ideal gel cracking damage than curing adhesive to obtain more stable and durable joints, Used in the insulation of solid engine manufacturing, is expected to improve engine life and reliability.
