“总承包-专业承包-劳务分包”是发达国家项目承发包的主流模式。在这种模式下,总承包商具有很强的资源组织和综合管理能力,分包商能提供专业化的技术或服务,各主体各展所长、优势互补,易于实现社会资源的合理配置,最终达到各参与方的合作共赢。从近年来我国施工企业走向海外的步伐中,可以看出这种模式在国际工程承包市场中
“General contracting - professional contracting - labor subcontracting ” is the mainstream model of project contracting in developed countries. In this mode, the general contractor has a strong resource organization and comprehensive management capabilities. The subcontractor can provide specialized technologies or services.
