随着市场经济的繁荣发展,现如今,我国的许多企业在繁荣的市场经济大背景下获得了飞速的发展。企业的发展同时也产生了许多棘手的问题,当前,在高效的管理企业的前提下,推动人力资源管理的向前发展成为许多企业待解决的问题。企业的人力资源管理成为企业在管理上面的重要研究对象。本文将根据对多个企业的考察,主要分析现如今我国企业在人力资源管理上的特点,阐述众多企业在人力资源管理上存在的缺点和问题,最后对如何解决这些问题,帮助企业既能有效的管理又能推动企业人力资源管理向前发展提出相应的策略。
