采用溶胶 凝胶法制备超细CuO/SiO2 环境友好催化剂 ,用XRD、TEM对催化剂结构进行表征 .将催化剂用于糠醛羰基催化加氢反应 ,分别制备糠醇和 2 甲基呋喃 ,研究活性组分负载量对催化剂结构及催化性能的影响 .并与Cu Cr/γ Al2 O3 负载型催化剂进行比较 .结果表明 :溶胶 凝胶法制备的催化剂载体颗粒直径达到纳米数量级 ,CuO高度分散于载体内 ,晶粒度小 ,催化性能高 .作为一种新型无Cr的环境友好催化剂 ,无毒 ,无污染 ,高活性 ,高选择性 ,可代替Cu Cr催化剂用于糠醛加氢过程 ,制取糠醇和 2 甲基呋喃
The ultrafine CuO / SiO2 environment-friendly catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and its structure was characterized by XRD and TEM. The catalyst was used for the furfural carbonyl hydrogenation reaction to prepare furfuryl alcohol and 2-methylfuran, respectively.
