目的 研究胃癌组织中CD44、PCNA的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法 采用免疫组化方法 (S P法 )检测 5 4例胃癌组织中CD 44、PCNA的表达。结果 胃癌组织中CD 44阳性率为 64 .8% ,PCNA的阳性率为 10 0 .0 % ,其中弱阳性 (Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 )表达率为 2 4.1% ,强阳性 (Ⅲ～Ⅳ级 )表达率为 75 .9%。CD 44、PCNA的表达率与胃癌的组织学类型、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关 ,CD 44与PCNA的表达存在正相关。结论 检测CD 44、PCNA在胃癌中的表达对判断胃癌的生物学行为有一定参考价值。
Objective To study the expression of CD44 and PCNA in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods The expressions of CD44 and PCNA in 54 gastric cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (S P method). Results The positive rate of CD44 in gastric cancer tissues was 64.8% and the positive rate of PCNA was 100.0%. The expression rates of weakly positive (Grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ) were 21.1% and strongly positive (Grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ) The rate was 75.9%. The expression of CD44 and PCNA was closely related to the histological type, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. There was a positive correlation between the expression of CD44 and PCNA. Conclusion The detection of CD44 and PCNA expression in gastric cancer has certain reference value for judging the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
