本文研究了优质20钢薄板采用控制轧制新工艺对钢材组织和性能的影响及提高材料冲压性能的机制。由于材料主要用作生产液化石油气钢瓶的这一特点,我们采用保证材料具有足够的强度和高的冷冲压性能的高温控轧,控制加热温度、轧制道次、终轧温度和冷却速度等工艺参数,从而获得比较均匀的块状铁素体-珠光体组织。试验和生产的大量数据都表明:这种控制轧制新工艺具有生产工艺简单、金属损耗少、节省能源及产品综合质量好等优点,经济效益显著。
In this paper, the effect of new control rolling process on the microstructure and properties of high quality 20 steel sheet and the mechanism of improving the stamping performance of the material were studied. Due to the fact that the material is mainly used for the production of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, we use high-temperature controlled rolling to ensure that the material has sufficient strength and high cold-stamping properties, controlling the heating temperature, the rolling pass, the finishing temperature, and the cooling rate Such as process parameters, so as to obtain more uniform bulk ferrite - pearlite. The large amount of data from experiments and production shows that the new control rolling process has the advantages of simple production process, less metal loss, energy saving and good overall product quality, and has obvious economic benefits.
