从电机模具的结构来看,小型电机铁芯冲片模具一般都采用多工位级进模,国内外已有较多介绍。本文拟着重谈谈国外大、中型电机的扇形片模、极片模等冲裁模的结构特点。扇形片模和极片模等从便于坯料准备、加工制造和保证精度出发,凸模与凹模大多采用拼合结构。在模具设计上很注意刚度问题,大型模座一般采用厚钢板制成,厚钢板经气割、退火,然后金加工。模块固定采用牢固可靠的结构,凸模拼块由螺钉、圆柱销固定,圆柱销经淬火后磨光,圆柱销孔也经磨削。凹模拼块较多采用环氧树脂粘结固定,曾看到有下列两种形式:
