在去年年底召开的辽宁省总工会九届五次全委会上,王俊莲主席强调,要积极推进工会干部职业化。既然要职业化,那准入门槛就该是不可或缺的。现在很多行业和职位都有准入门槛。从工会系统看,工会主席是有准入门槛的,那一般干部有没有呢?应不应该有呢?如果没有,那我们如何从选才这个源头来保证工会一般干部的职业化和专业化呢?
