实验观察了甘乐胶囊药粉对小鼠化学性肝损伤的影响。主要用 D-氨基半乳糖 (D-Galn)、CCl4、扑热息痛致肝损伤。用赖氏法测血清谷丙转氨酶 (AL T)及谷草转氨酶 (AST) ,金氏法测碱性磷酸酶 (AL P) ,碘试剂显色法测糖元 ,硫代巴比妥酸显色法测丙二醛 (MDA)。结果甘乐胶囊药粉能显著对抗 D-Galn,CCl4致肝损伤小鼠血清 AL T,AST升高 ;明显对抗扑热息痛致肝损伤小鼠肝脏 MDA含量增加 ,对 CCl4致肝损伤小鼠血清 AL P升高及肝糖元合成能力下降有明显的对抗作用。提示甘乐胶囊具有明显的保肝作用。
The effect of Ganle capsule powder on chemical liver injury in mice was observed experimentally. Mainly used D-galactose (D-Galn), CCl4, paracetamol-induced liver injury. Serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (AL T) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were measured by the Lai test, alkaline phosphatase (AL P) was measured by the Kim’s method, glycogen was measured by the iodine reagent chromogenic method, and thiobarbituric acid was stained. The method of measuring malondialdehyde (MDA). RESULTS Ganle capsule powder could significantly counteract the serum AL T and AST in mice with hepatic injury induced by D-Galn and CCl4, and significantly increased liver MDA content in mice with hepatic injury induced by paracetamol. The serum AL P was increased in mice with hepatic injury induced by CCl4. High and hepatic glycogen synthesis ability has a clear antagonistic effect. It is suggested that Ganle capsule has obvious hepatoprotective effect.
