农业的发展需要科技支撑,农村的建设需要农业职业技术人才,我国“三农”问题的解决归根结底要靠教育、科技的力量。根据湖南省2003—2013年农村职业教育与农业科技发展相关数据,通过散点图分析、双对数模型等方法实证分析了农村职业教育对农业科技发展水平的影响。结果表明:农村职业教育对农业科技发展作用显著,农村职业教育经费、毕业生人数的增加会促进农业科技发展水平的提高。
The development of agriculture requires the support of science and technology, the construction of rural areas requires agricultural vocational and technical personnel, and the solution to the issue of “three agricultural issues” in our country depends ultimately on the strength of education and science and technology. According to the data of rural vocational education and agricultural science and technology development from 2003 to 2013 in Hunan Province, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of rural vocational education on the development of agricultural science and technology through scatter diagram analysis and double logarithm model. The results show that rural vocational education plays a significant role in agricultural science and technology development. The increase of rural vocational education funding and graduates will promote the development of agricultural science and technology.
