为验证润肠片的通便作用，观察了该方对正常小鼠排便作用、小肠推进运动的影响及对大鼠肠道水分和对家兔离体肠管运动的影响。结果表明，润肠片８ｇ·ｋｇ－１和 ４ｇ·ｋｇ－１对正常小鼠有较强的促排便作用；能明显增加小鼠胃肠道推进作用；有明显促进大鼠肠道水分分泌的作用；对乙酰胆碱及氯化钡引起的离体兔肠管强直性收缩均有明显拮抗作用，能拮抗肾上腺素引起的离体肠管的抑制性收缩。
To verify the laxative effect of Runchang Tablets, the effects of this prescription on the defecation of normal mice, the movement of small intestine advancing, and the effect on the intestinal water and rat intestine movement in rabbits were observed. The results showed that the active intestine tablets 8g·kg-1 and 4g·kg-1 had a strong role in promoting defecation in normal mice; it could significantly increase the gastrointestinal tract propulsion in mice; and significantly promoted intestinal water secretion in rats. Effect; antagonism caused by acetylcholine and barium chloride in isolated rabbit intestinal antagonism, can antagonize the inhibitory contraction of isolated bowel caused by epinephrine.
