目的 :测定微乳中 5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 Fu)的含量。方法 :将制得的含药微乳中先加入 5 0 %盐酸 ,80℃、加热 2 0min ,使微乳结构破坏 ,用乙醚、氯仿反复提取。提取液在 2 6 5nm波长处检测。结果 :线性浓度范围为 4.2 5~2 1.2 5 μg/ml;5 Fu平均回收率为 (10 0 .1± 0 .4) %。 结论 :本法结果准确 ,可完全排除处方中其他组分对测定的干扰
Objective: To determine the content of 5-fluorouracil (5 Fu) in microemulsion. Methods: The drug-containing microemulsion was firstly added with 50% hydrochloric acid and heated at 80 ° C for 20 minutes to destroy the microemulsion structure and extract repeatedly with ether and chloroform. The extract was detected at a wavelength of 265nm. Results: The linear range was 4.2 5-2.2 5 μg / ml. The average recovery of 5 Fu was (100.1 ± 0.4)%. Conclusion: This method is accurate and can completely exclude the interference of other components in the prescription
