目的了解精神专科医院初级职称与高级职称员工心理健康水平,寻找影响心理健康的因素,并通过有效的减压方法维护身心健康。方法对我院184名员工实施症状自评量表(SCL-90)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表和卡特尔16种人格因素量表(16PF)测试。使用SPSS统计软件。结果①初级职称组与中高级职称组睡眠总分无显著差异。以PSQI总分7为划界分,提示睡眠质量总体来说比较好;②初级职称组在SCL-90精神病因子上的得分高于中高级职称组(P<0.05),其他各因子差异性不显著;③初级职称组在16PF因素C、因素E、因素G、因素Q1、因素Q2及次级人格因素怯懦与果断型、成就感、成功希望上的得分低于中高级职称人员(P<0.05或<0.01),在因素Q4及次级人格因素适应与焦虑型上的得分高于中高级职称人员(P<0.05)。结论初级职称员工心理健康状况差于中高级职称员工。中高级职称员工个性特征与初级职称员工相比具有明显的特点。
Objective To understand mental health level of junior professional title and senior professional staff in psychiatric hospital, to find the factors that affect mental health, and to maintain physical and psychological health through effective decompression. Methods The 184 SCL-90, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scale and 16 Cartel Fatality Scale (16PF) were tested in our hospital. Using SPSS statistical software. Results ① There was no significant difference in the total score of sleep between the junior professional title group and the senior professional titles group. PSQI score of 7 for the demarcation points, suggesting that the quality of sleep in general is better; ② junior titles group in the SCL-90 psychiatric factor score higher than the intermediate and senior professional titles (P <0.05), the other factors are not (P <0.05); (3) In the junior professional group, the scores of 16PF factor C, factor E, factor G, factor Q1, factor Q2 and secondary personality factors were timid and decisive, the sense of accomplishment and success hope were lower than that of middle- Or <0.01). The scores on factor Q4 and secondary personality factors adaptation and anxiety type were higher than those of middle and senior professional titles (P <0.05). Conclusion The mental health status of junior professional staff is worse than that of senior professional staff. Compared with the junior titles, the personality characteristics of middle and senior professional titles have obvious characteristics.
