目的:建立天麻壮骨丸中天麻素的高效液相含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈、磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长220 nm,流速1 mL.min-1,柱温25℃。结果:天麻素在0.118 8～2.376μg呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD 2.44%。结论:方法快速、简便、准确、重复性好,结果可靠,可为天麻壮骨丸的质量评价提供有效手段。
Objective: To establish the method for determination of gastrodin in Tianma Zhuanggu pills by HPLC. Methods: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 220 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: Gastrodin showed a good linear relationship at 0.118 8 ~ 2.376μg with an average recovery of 99.6% and a RSD of 2.44%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple, accurate, reproducible and reliable. It can provide an effective method for evaluating the quality of Tianma Zhuanggu pills.
