浏阳经开区长沙路捞刀河大桥是一座复式钢箱中承式拱桥(外倾蝴蝶拱为主拱、内倾提篮拱为副拱)。为做好施工控制,运用Midas/Civil以成桥状态为基准建立空间杆系有限元模型,进行施工受力分析和敏感性分析,研究结果表明:1成桥时刻,副拱应力最大,钢箱梁应力最小,施工控制重点在线形控制;2安装吊杆时,应精确计算其下料长度,且副拱短吊杆预紧力不宜过小以免拆除副拱支撑后短吊杆退出工作;3敏感性分析指出确保线形关键在于施工过程临时钢支撑顶面标高的确定,并应考虑均匀温度修正及非均匀温差影响;4复式钢箱中承式拱桥中副拱受力大、变形大,刚度小,安装难度大。
Liuyang Economic Development Zone Changsha Road fishing knife River Bridge is a double steel box in the type of arch bridge (the main arch camber arch, tilt basket arch as the deputy arch).
