目的 :探索瑞香狼毒多糖 (RXLDDT)的免疫调节作用。方法 :Balb/c小鼠 ,ip环磷酰胺造成免疫抑制模型 ,同时灌胃给RXLDDT 7d ,观察小鼠免疫器官重量、脾细胞特异抗体的产生、血清凝集素滴度、溶血素CH50 值、足垫迟发超敏反应、ConA刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果 :RXLDDT 0 .4~ 2g·kg-1给药 7d ,小鼠胸腺重量增加。SRBC刺激的足垫迟发超敏反应和ConA刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖增加 5 2 .2 %~ 183.0 %和 94.6 %~ 2 74.1%。小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能显著增强。 2g·kg-1组小鼠脾脏重量、血清凝集素滴度、溶血素CH50 值也明显高于对照组。结论 :RXLDDT能明显改善环磷酰胺抑制的小鼠免疫功能 ,这可能是瑞香狼毒抗肿瘤的另一作用机理。
Objective: To investigate the immunomodulatory effect of RXLDDT. Methods: Balb / c mice and ip cyclophosphamide caused immunosuppression model. At the same time, the mice were immunized with RXLDDT for 7 days to observe the weight of immune organs, splenocyte specific antibody production, serum lectin titer, hemolysin CH50, Delayed hypersensitivity of the pad, ConA-stimulated splenic lymphocyte proliferation, and phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Results: RXLDDT 0. 4 ~ 2g · kg-1 administered 7d, thymus weight increased in mice. SRBC stimulated footpad delayed hypersensitivity and ConA-stimulated mouse splenic lymphocyte proliferation increased by 5.22% to 183.0% and 94.6% -274.1%. Mouse peritoneal macrophages phagocytosis was significantly enhanced. Spleen weight, serum lectin titer and hemolysin CH50 of 2g · kg-1 group were also significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: RXLDDT can significantly improve the immunosuppression of cyclophosphamide-induced mice, which may be another mechanism of action of Stellera chamaejasme against tumor.
