为了探索外施不同浓度的脱落酸对山茶花抗寒性的影响,以抗寒茶花品种为材料,对其叶面分别喷施3种浓度(5、10和20 mg·L~(-1))的脱落酸,然后放在–5℃低温处理24 h后,研究脱落酸对山茶花叶片的生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,脱落酸可使抗寒茶花叶片电导率降低,提高茶花对低温的适应能力;当ABA浓度为10 mg·L~(-1)时,抗寒茶花叶片的电导率、MDA含量为最低,同时其叶片的SOD活性、游离脯氨酸以及可溶性蛋白含量为最高。
