改革开放以来,中国传媒事业发生了巨大变化,一方面,传媒业迅猛发展深深影响并改变人们的生产生活方式,另一方面,传媒体制和生存方式的巨变也深深影响传媒及从业人员的价值观念,使传媒领域伦理问题凸显,甚至已影响其健康发展。伴随信息化时代的到来,媒体功能逐渐增强,在传播方式、传播速度和传播范围及影响力等方面取得重大突破和进展。而对传媒实践活动反思所形成的“应该性观念”又可以直接有效地指导和约束传媒实践活动,既是传媒实践活动主体强大的精神支柱和动力保障,也是构建规范传媒伦理环境的重要环节。
