国内发生的多起扣件式钢管支模架结构坍塌事故,对扣件式钢管支模架结构计算理论以及施工安全性提出了更高的要求。考虑扣件式钢管支模架作为整体受力的三维钢框架结构体系,采用有限元软件ANSYS编制了扣件式钢管支模架的分析程序,并通过分析给出了扣件拧紧力矩、水平杆步高、水平杆搭设步数、立杆间距等对扣件式钢管支模架整体结构稳定性的影响。对于扣件式钢管支模架,在进行单根立杆承载能力验算的基础上,仍应根据现场支模架的搭设尺寸及构造措施,对整架承载力进行分析研究,确定支模架结构的安全性。
