研究了细磷铁粉的制备工艺,并进行了加入细磷铁粉的国产铁粉的温压实验。发现腐蚀球磨法可以有效的细化磷铁粉,球磨36h后的粒度可达11μm。加入细磷铁粉的武钢铁粉可用无粘结剂的温压工艺提高生坯密度。加入细磷铁粉比粗磷铁粉更能有效地促进烧结致密化过程,孔隙更加细小圆滑。
The preparation technology of fine phosphorus iron powder was studied and the temperature-pressure experiments of domestic iron powder with fine phosphorus iron powder were carried out. Found that corrosion ball milling method can effectively refine the iron phosphate powder, ball milling 36h particle size up to 11μm. Wulining iron powder added with fine phosphorus iron powder can be used to increase green density by a binderless hot pressing process. The addition of fine phosphorus iron powder is more effective than the coarse iron phosphate powder to promote the sintering densification process, the pores are more fine and smooth.
