目的研究肉苁蓉生殖生长期营养元素的分配规律。方法采收生殖生长期肉苁蓉样品,分别对生殖器官和营养器官的营养元素含量进行分析,其中K、Mg、P、Ca元素采用ICP-AES法测定,N元素采用凯氏定氮法测定。结果随着生殖生长期的延长,肉苁蓉不同部位营养元素积累高峰期有差异,N元素含量在出土期的花序中最高,K元素含量在果期的花序中最高,Mg、Ca元素含量在果期的肉质茎下部中最高,P元素含量在初花期的花序中最高。结论肉苁蓉进入生殖期后,营养元素逐渐由营养器官向生殖器官转移,各部位营养元素含量差异程度不同。
Objective To study the distribution of nutrient elements in Cistanche deserticola during reproductive growth. Methods Cistanche deserticola samples were collected from reproductive growth stage, and the contents of nutrients in reproductive organs and vegetative organs were analyzed. The contents of K, Mg, P and Ca were determined by ICP-AES and N by Kjeldahl method. Results With the prolongation of reproductive growth period, there were differences in the peak accumulation of nutrient elements in different parts of Cistanche deserticosa. The content of N element was the highest in the inflorescences, while the content of K element was the highest in the inflorescences of fruit. The contents of Mg and Ca in the fruit The highest content of P in the inflorescence of inflorescence was the highest in inflorescence of early flowering stage. Conclusion Cistanche (Cistanche tuberculosis) enters the reproductive period, the nutrients gradually transfer from vegetative organs to reproductive organs, and the content of nutrient elements varies in different parts.
