通过PCT设备和SEM分析方法研究了Gd2O3和Nd2O3对LiAlH4放氢性能的影响。结果表明,在相同的条件下,掺杂Gd2O3和Nd2O3的LiAlH4显示了非常好的放氢性能。有关掺杂量(0.5,1,2,3,4,5,6)mol%的研究发现,Gd2O3和Nd2O3对LiAlH4放氢量的影响是非常相似的。其影响趋势为:随着掺杂量的增加,LiAlH4放氢量逐步下降,并且试样的放氢起始时间被明显地缩短了。此外,有关掺杂试样的显微组织研究表明,掺杂Gd2O3和Nd2O3对LiAlH4的显微组织的影响不明显。
The effects of Gd2O3 and Nd2O3 on the hydrogen evolution performance of LiAlH4 were studied by PCT equipment and SEM analysis. The results show that under the same conditions, LiAlH4 doped with Gd2O3 and Nd2O3 showed very good hydrogen evolution performance. The doping (0.5,1,2,3,4,5,6) mol% of the study found that Gd2O3 and Nd2O3 LiAlH4 on the amount of hydrogen release is very similar. The trend is as follows: with the increase of doping amount, the amount of hydrogen desorption of LiAlH4 gradually decreases, and the starting time of hydrogen desorption of the sample is obviously shortened. In addition, the microstructure of doped samples showed that the effect of doped Gd2O3 and Nd2O3 on the microstructure of LiAlH4 is not obvious.
