词汇知识的质和量与词汇学习策略密切相关,如果学生缺乏正确的词汇学习策略,词汇将始终是他们英语学习中的一大障碍。运用定性的研究方法对英语学习程度差距悬殊的两名学生进行对比研究,研究调查结果表明外语水平不同的学习者在词汇学习元认知策略、认知策略选择和运用上存在明显差异。针对研究结果,建议在英语词汇教学中,教师应发挥主导作用,帮助学生形成并运用多种词汇学习策略,提高词汇学习效率。
The quality and quantity of vocabulary knowledge are closely related to vocabulary learning strategies. If students lack the correct vocabulary learning strategies, vocabulary will always be a major obstacle in their English learning. The qualitative research method is used to compare the two students with different English learning gap. The research results show that there are obvious differences in the strategies of metacognitive strategies, cognitive strategies selection and application of learners with different foreign language proficiency. In view of the research results, it is suggested that teachers should play a leading role in English vocabulary teaching to help students form and use a variety of vocabulary learning strategies to improve their vocabulary learning efficiency.
