目的:对混合教学在高职教育中护理教学的实际应用效果开展分析,并对其教学效果与传统性教学方式开展比较评价。方法:将我院2015级护理3班作为实验班,2015级护理4班作为对照班,前者开展混合教学,后者进行传统教学。以理论考试卷面成绩和学生综合能力开展评价,对两班卷面成绩以及综合能力变化进行对比。结果:开展混合教学能够提升学生卷面成绩,强化综合能力。实验班众多学生在学习准备,交流能力,以及参与性等方面要高于对照班,其理论成绩,团队意识以及评判思维有着提升,两班比较呈现统计差异。讨论:在高职教育护理教学中开展混合教学能够提升学生对知识掌控能力,实现综合素养的有效提升。
Objective: To analyze the practical application effect of mixed teaching in nursing education in higher vocational education, and to compare the teaching effect with traditional teaching methods. Methods: Three classes of 2015 grade nursing in our hospital were taken as experimental class and four classes of grade 2015 as control class. The former carried out mixed teaching and the latter conducted traditional teaching. Evaluation of the theoretical test results and comprehensive ability of students, the results of the two volumes and comprehensive ability to compare changes. Results: To carry out mixed teaching can improve students’ curling results and strengthen comprehensive ability. Many students in the experimental class are better than the control class in preparation for study, communication skills, and participation, and their theoretical achievements, team awareness and judgments have been improved. There are statistical differences between the two classes. Discussion: Developing mixed teaching in nursing education of higher vocational education can improve students’ ability to control knowledge and achieve effective improvement of comprehensive literacy.
