本研究应用IHA、IFAT和ELISA法诊断技术,对采自本站日常门诊130份人血清进行弓形虫抗体检测,对其敏感性和特异性等指标进行比较,结果是IHA、IFAT和ELISA的弓形虫抗体阳性率分别为6.92%(9/130).8.46%(11/130)和15.38%(20/130)。3种试验方法以ELISA较敏感和特异,总符合率为82.31%。3种方法阳性率(%)之比为100.00.122.25:222.25。ELISA法的稳定性,重复性和特异性优于IHA法,而且操作简便、反应快速,不需特殊仪器设备,还可目测结果,试验成本低廉,便于推广和应用。
In this study, we used IHA, IFAT and ELISA to diagnose 130 human sera from daily outpatients, and compared their sensitivity and specificity with the results of IHA, IFAT and ELISA The positive rates of worm antibodies were 6.92% (9/130) respectively. 8.46% (11/130) and 15.38% (20/130). Three kinds of test methods were more sensitive and specific ELISA, the total coincidence rate was 82.31%. The positive rate (%) of the three methods was 100.00.122.25:222.25. The stability, repeatability and specificity of ELISA are superior to those of IHA. The method is simple, rapid, and does not require special equipment. It can also visualize the results, test the low cost and facilitate the promotion and application.
