文章以邯郸职业技术学院2011级学生作为调查对象,以顶岗实习对就业心理的影响作为调查内容,通过对数据的统计和分析,结果显示,顶岗实习和择业心理具有高关联度的因素主要表现在以下几个方面:实习岗位对口率和就业专业预期对口率、顶岗实习单位性质和就业单位选择意向、顶岗实习薪酬和就业期望薪酬、顶岗实习区域和就业目标区域。针对结论提出一些思考和对策:在考虑专业特点的前提下选择实习方式的多样化;给予实习期间自主创业的学生更多支持;鼓励学生到县乡镇基层和西部地区顶岗实习等。
The article takes 2011 grade students of Handan Vocational and Technical College as the survey object and takes the internship of on-job internship as the survey content. Through the statistics and analysis of the data, the results show that the factors of high relevancy between job internship and career psychology are mainly reflected in The following aspects: the internship job position and the expected ratio of employment professionals counterparts, the nature of internships units employment units and job preferences, internships and employment expectations salary, internships and job placement area. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward according to the conclusion: the diversity of internship methods should be selected on the premise of considering professional characteristics; more support should be given to students who start their own businesses during the internship; and the students should be encouraged to go to the grassroots level in the county and township and the internship in the western region.
