本文报道了用浴铜灵(4,7-二苯基-2,9- 二甲基-1,10-菲罗啉)和邻硝基苯辛醚(o-NPOE)制作的聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜测定水中微量铜的比色方法。原理即样品中的二价铜被还原成具有4个配位数的一价铜离子,一价铜与PVC膜表面具有双啮形配位体的浴铜灵(L)形成正四面体结构的1:2络离子[Cu·L_2]~+,再和阴离子(Cl~-)生成溶于膜的1:2:1的中性离子对缔合物[Cu·L_2·Cl]而被提取出来。缔合物在膜中为橙黄色,在最大吸收波长480 nm处用分光光度计直接测定膜的吸光度,颜色的深浅与铜离子的浓度成正比。
