目的明确深圳某五金制品厂存在的职业病危害因素及程度。方法采用查阅文献、现场调查,现场检测及实验室检测等方法进行分析。结果化学性危害因素(包括异丙醇、正庚烷、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇、甲醇、二氧化氮)、电焊烟尘和紫外辐射的合格率均为100%,其他粉尘的合格率为77.8%,噪声的合格率为15.6%。结论该五金制品厂化学性危害因素控制较好,但打磨岗位粉尘浓度和多个岗位的噪声强度超过职业卫生接触限值,需要采取更多措施加以控制。
Objective Clear a hardware factory in Shenzhen exist occupational hazards and degree. Methods The methods of literature review, field investigation, field test and laboratory test were used for analysis. Results The chemical hazards (including isopropanol, n-heptane, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, n-butanol, methanol, nitrogen dioxide), welding fumes and UV radiation pass rate 100%, the passing rate of other dust is 77.8%, and the passing rate of noise is 15.6%. Conclusion The control of chemical hazards of the hardware factory is better, but the dust concentration at the grinding station and the noise intensity of multiple posts exceed the occupational hygiene limit. More measures need to be taken to control it.
