加强学生实践创新能力的培养,提高资源勘查工程专业人才的适应性,是高等学校教学改革面临的重要问题。本文结合湖南科技大学资源勘查工程专业特点,构建了以实践和创新能力培养为核心的“一个中心、三个层次、三个训练”的实践教学体系,强调了“强地质、宽专业、高素质”的培养特色。认为培养多学科多专业综合性创新型人才、应用型人才、外向型国际化人才,将是资源勘查工程专业未来几十年所不断努力的方向。
It is an important issue for the teaching reform in colleges and universities to strengthen the training of students’ practice and innovation ability and improve the adaptability of resource exploration engineering professionals. Based on the characteristics of resource exploration engineering specialty of Hunan University of Science and Technology, this paper constructs a practical teaching system of “one center, three levels and three trainings” focusing on training of practice and innovation ability, emphasizing “strong geology and wide professional , High-quality ”training features. It is believed that cultivating multidisciplinary, multi-disciplinary and comprehensive innovative talents, applied talents and outward-looking international talents will be the direction of continuous efforts of resource exploration engineering professionals in the coming decades.
