依托长江黄金航道,建设长江经济带,是新时期我国促进区域协调发展的重大战略。本文采用价格法对长江经济带商品市场一体化程度进行测度,形成1997—2012年的省级面板数据库,结合密度、距离、分割与市场一体化互动关系的理论分析框架,对长江经济带商品市场一体化影响因素进行实证分析。研究显示,长江经济带商品市场一体化总体水平呈现波动中收敛趋势,东中西部地区呈现出“两头低、中间高”的格局;财政分权制度、距离因素显著弱化商品市场一体化;城市化、市场分权、交通密度以及通讯设施等水平提升对商品市场一体化具有明显的促进效应;贸易开放度对商品市场一体化呈现出先抑制后促进的非线性关系。最后,本文提出建立无空间差别的公共制度、加强基础设施建设与实施开放的地方干预措施等促进长江经济带商品市场一体化的政策。
Relying on the golden channel of the Yangtze River and building the Yangtze River Economic Belt is a major strategy for promoting coordinated regional development in our country in the new period. This paper uses the price method to measure the degree of integration of the Yangtze River economic zone commodity market to form a provincial panel database from 1997 to 2012. Combining with the theoretical analysis framework of the interaction of density, distance, segmentation and market integration, Integrated Factors Influencing Empirical Analysis. The research shows that the overall level of the integration of the commodity markets in the Yangtze River economic belt shows a trend of convergence in fluctuation, and the patterns of decentralization and decentralization in the eastern, central and western regions show a pattern of fiscal decentralization that significantly weakens the integration of commodity markets. Urbanization, market decentralization, traffic density and communication facilities and other levels to promote the integration of the commodity market has a clear catalytic effect; trade openness to the integration of the commodity market showed the first inhibition of non-linear relationship after the promotion. Finally, this article proposes to establish a public system with no space difference, strengthen the infrastructure construction and the implementation of open local intervention measures to promote the integration of commodity markets in the Yangtze River economic belt.
