叶片是茶树的营养器官,人们采得质优量多的嫩芽与鲜叶,制成各种茶叶,为人们日常生活必需饮料,同时也是栽培茶树的目的物。研究茶树叶片的内部结构是研究茶树生理生化的基础;了解其不同老嫩程度、不同上下部位结构特征,掌握其变化规律,为合理采摘茶叶和采取丰产技术以及加工技术提供理论依据。
Leaves are the vegetative organs of tea tree, people adopt high quality and quantity of tender shoots and fresh leaves, made of various tea, essential drinks for people’s daily life, but also the purpose of cultivation of tea trees. Studying the internal structure of tea leaves is the basis for the study of physiological and biochemical characteristics of tea tree; understanding its different old tender degree, different upper and lower parts of the structural characteristics, to master the changes in law, to provide reasonable theoretical basis for picking tea leaves and to take high yield techniques and processing techniques.
