环氧沥青混凝土钢桥面铺装在固化后比较脆硬,与钢桥面板的变形协调性较差,同时在温度急剧降低时,环氧沥青混合料因其模量很高一般会产生较大的温度内应力,受到车辆交通荷载作用时容易引起桥面铺装层开裂破坏。为此,笔者提出以柔量作为环氧沥青混凝土柔性的评价指标,通过橡胶颗粒来改善环氧沥青混凝土的柔韧性。在材料试验机(MTS810)上进行控制应力低温小梁弯曲试验,研究结果表明,试验所用环氧沥青其橡胶颗粒的最佳掺量为2.1%,此时小梁的柔韧性得到显著改善,其破坏形式由改性前的瞬间脆断变为裂缝逐渐扩展,这对于改善桥面铺装层长期性能具有一定的参考价值。
