目的 :探讨局部皮瓣转移即刻修复急性外伤性耳廓缺损的疗效。方法 :对 6 3例急性外伤性耳廓缺损患者即刻行局部皮瓣转移修复缺损。结果 :术后所有皮瓣无坏死 ,随访 12～ 18个月 ,耳廓外形良好 ,无耳软骨膜炎发生。结论 :局部皮瓣转移即刻修复急性外伤性耳廓缺损 ,尽快地恢复了耳廓的外形 ,其皮肤色泽与缺损区皮肤相近 ,是理想的修复耳廓缺损的材料。伤口污染严重者 ,术后常规静脉滴注抗生素及地塞米松 5～ 10mg 7～10d ,有助于防止耳软骨膜炎的发生。
Objective: To investigate the immediate effect of partial flap transfer in the repair of acute traumatic auricle defect. Methods: Sixty-three patients with acute traumatic auricular defect underwent local flap transfer immediately to repair the defect. Results: All the flaps had no necrosis and were followed up for 12-18 months. The shape of the pinna was good and no perichondrial peritonitis occurred. CONCLUSION: Partial flap transfer repairs acute traumatic auricle defect immediately and restores the appearance of pinna as soon as possible. Its skin color is similar to the skin of defect area, which is an ideal material for auricle defect repair. Severe wound contamination, postoperative conventional intravenous antibiotics and dexamethasone 5 ~ 10mg 7 ~ 10d, helps prevent the occurrence of pericarditis.
