目的 :了解患者所关心的问题 ,提高药师工作质量。方法 :运用回顾性调查的方法对天津医院 2 0 0 1年 6～ 9月 30 0例用药咨询问题进行分析。结果 :抗生素、解热镇痛药是咨询最多的药物。药价与药品不良反应为患者最关心的问题。结论 :开展用药咨询具有重要意义。
Objectives: To understand the concerns of patients and improve the quality of pharmacists. Methods: The retrospective investigation was used to analyze the consultation of 300 patients from June to September in 2001 in Tianjin Hospital. Results: Antibiotics, antipyretics and analgesics are the most consulted drugs. Adverse drug prices and drugs for patients most concerned about the problem. Conclusion: Consultation on medication is of great significance.
