目的 :研究p73在结肠癌中的表达 ,探讨p73在结肠癌中的表达与结肠癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法 :选用 3 3例结肠癌组织标本及相应的癌旁正常组织标本 ,通过免疫组织化学检测p73在结肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达 ,分析p73在结肠癌中的表达与结肠癌临床病理参数之间的关系。 结果 :p73在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为 45.4% ,在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为 10 .0 % ,两者之间存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。对 p73在结肠癌中的阳性表达与结肠癌的Dukes分期及癌细胞的分化程度作相关性分析 ,结果显示 ,p73的阳性表达与Dukes分期有关 (P <0 .0 5) ,与癌细胞分化程度有关 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :结肠癌组织中p73存在异常高表达 ,较癌旁正常组织明显增高 ,结肠癌组织中 p73的阳性表达与结肠癌Dukes分期及癌细胞分化程度有明显相关性。说明 p73的高表达参与结肠癌的形成、发展。同时说明p73有可能作为结肠癌发生、发展及预后的肿瘤标志物。
Objective: To study the expression of p73 in colon cancer and to explore the relationship between the expression of p73 in colon cancer and the occurrence, development and prognosis of colon cancer.
